- The CIS Fantasy Basketball League is the longest standing Fantasy Basketball League that D-Wang has started. It began almost three years ago in Chinese International School, when D-Wang and a few of his friends tried out fantasy basketball for the first time. Currently D-Wang is running two different leagues worldwide, continuing on the same CIS Fantasy League that has taken CIS by storm, as well as a new and growing UWO 9 Upper Fantasy League (aka Penthouse Playboyz).
